A marriage can be formed by any two people of any nationality. It is legal for foreigners to marry Nepali citizens and have their marriage registered in Nepal. However, in order to legally marry a Nepalese national, you will need the following legal documents.

The final stage of your proceedings is completed when your documents are vetted by the District Court of Nepal. The registration process is completed when a Nepali Marriage Certificate is issued. Finally, a foreigner hoping to register their marriage in Nepal must submit the required documents to the Nepal District Court.
